How I can support you.
During our coaching sessions I will show you different ways on how implementing a healthy diet can really change your life. I offer meal plans and delicious recipes, grocery and supplement lists.
What helped me to become symptom free from endometriosis is to follow a low fat plant based diet. Especially, it is important to avoid eating dairy, gluten, eggs, corn and soy.
Besides from the diet there are certain supplements which can also help to find relief from endometriosis.

Another very important aspect is to go chemical fragrance free. The chemicals in most fragrances can trigger symptoms and also cause even more pain. There are lots of great products out there without chemical fragrances in them.
What helped me is to follow a low fat plant based diet. Especially, important it is to exclude eggs, dairy, gluten, soy and corn.
There are lots of great foods which provide healing benefits when having a thyroid disease such as artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes, cucumber, cauliflower, coconut water and many more.
Supplements can also support the thyroid in functioning properly. It is important to choose high quality supplements. The most important supplements for me are:
* vitamin B12
* nascent iodine
* zinc
* vitamin C
* vitamin D
* l-lyiosne
* magnesium
* ashwaghandha
* curcumin
* lemon balm
* nettle leaf
At the moment I am using the skincare products from the brand Naturkosmetik München. Their products are bottled and produced in Germany and one contain natural ingredients.
I use their face wash, alge hyaluron serum, toner and moisturiser.
I think in total it took me 1 1/2 years to heal most of my diseases. However, it depends on each individual and you cannot put a time for your healing. In the past I always said “okay in Summer I will be healthy again” or something similar. This is not working and will just set you under pressure which in return will slow down your healing progress. Healing is a constant state and it is a process. It is important to have faith and to trust that you are on the right path.
I can ensure you that making changes to your diet, can have a huge impact on your health and well-being. During your healing journey, you will also become more intuitive and after a while you will know yourself what is best for you and which foods to better avoid.

When taking supplements it is crucial to consider high quality ones. My favourite brand is Vimergy, Gaia Herbs and Global Healing.
What supplements to take differs among health conditions. In general, it is beneficial to take vitamin B12 and vitamin D as most of us are deficient in these vitamins. Other great supplements are vitamin C, zinc, barley grass juice powder, spirulina and magnesium.
For all people it can be very beneficial for they health and well-being when they exclude the trouble maker foods. These are eggs, gluten, dairy, soy and corn. Only by leaving out these foods, a lot of health conditions improve. Personally, I was able to heal many symptoms just by leaving out this foods. Other foods such as refined sugar, meat and fish can also have a negative effect on your health. Beverages such as alcohol, coffee, any kind of energy drinks can also lower the immune system and set the adrenal glands under a fight or flight modus which can contribute to many kind of diseases.
However, everyone is different and some people can live great by eating the trouble maker foods, whereas others feel much better by leaving them out.
A suggestion would be to exclude the trouble maker foods and notice any differences in your health and well-being. Often people feel much better without them and this alone is a motivation to focus on other foods with a greater healing potential.
