Lasagne

What you need:

  • 3 large zucchinis or gluten free lasagne sheets
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup of artichokes (optional)
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons of vegetable broth
  • Fresh parsley or basil
  • Pinch of salt

Cut the zucchinis in small slices (if you use zucchinis instead of gluten free lasagne sheet) Then, cut the onion and garlic and heat them in a little bit of olive oil Add the celery, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes and herbs such as basil You can use whatever herbs and vegetables you would like Then, add the tomato sauce and let it cook for 10-15 minutes Now you can make a layer of zucchini or gluten free lasagne sheets, add the sauce on top and repeat it Preheat the oven by 200 degree. Put the lasagne in and bake it until the zucchini becomes soft.
