It is Lasagne time π
This is probably the healthiest lasagne recipe which you can find but itβs also super tasty and simple to make!
What you need:
- Zucchinis
- Tomato sauce
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Artichokes
- Celery
- Mushrooms
- Herbs like basil or oregano
- Fresh parsley
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
You cut the zucchinis in small slices.
Then, cut the onion and garlic and heat them in a little bit of olive oil. Add the celery, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes and herbs such as basil. You can use whatever herbs and vegetables you would like. Then, add the tomato sauce and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
Now you can make a layer of zucchini, add the sauce on top and repeat it.
Preheat the oven by 200 degree. Put the lasagne in and bake it until the zucchini becomes soft.
