Potato pizza

What you need:

What you need for the dough:

  • 4 medium size potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons potato flour
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

What you need for the sauce:

  • 700 ml tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • 4 garlic gloves
  • 1 tablespoon basil powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano powder

Toppings:

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 red onions
  • 1/2 glass olives
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • A handful fresh basil leaves for garnish

Preheat oven to 200 degree celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and steam the potatoes until soft. Then, mix the potatoes together with the potatoes flour, sea salt and rosemary until you get an even dough. Place the potato dough on the parchment paper and roll it until you have the desired form. Put it in the oven and let it bake for about 20 min. Place some olive oil in the pan and add the diced garlic gloves and onions. Then, add the tomato puree and let it cook for about 15-20 min. Cut the mushrooms, red onion, olives and cherry tomatoes. Take the pizza dough out of the oven and place the tomato sauce evenly sauce on it. Then, add the mushrooms, red onion, olives, spinach and tomatoes on the pizza. Put it back in the oven until the pizza crust is golden brown and the veggies are ready. Enjoy!
